Day 2 started off great.
Got the kids off to school. Had a double spicy lemonade and got to work.
After spending a couple hours working on a marketing campaign for my business, I hit the gym for a workout. Now the gym is easy here as I have a cable and plate weight setup.
I turned on some motivational videos on the laptop and ripped out a good bicep and tricep workout. I had a double spicy lemonade during my 45 minute workout.
Made another double and hit the showers.
Back to the grindstone doing some writing for some of my advertisers. Having fun when out of nowhere a headache started in my left frontal lobe. I ignored the headache a little too long. I should have consumed a large amount of spicy lemonade to stem the tide.
The headache started to morph into a migraine so I quickly pounded some spicy lemonade and slugged down 1 tylenol. I try to not do anything except spicy lemonade, water, decaf mint tea at night and the morning salt flush. Sometimes I do drink Smooth Move tea, for a change, but I dont really need it for elimination as I have always been pretty regular.
I took a nap and when I woke up all was right again in the world. A tylenol and a nap is usually all it takes for me to wipe out a migrane.
Having a craving for everything I see on TV. Watched The Office episode from last Thursday. Michael was eating breakfast, I swear I could smell the eggs, bacon and toast.
The wife made Annie’s Organic rice macaroni and cheddar cheese for the girls lunch and that was calling out to me. When the boys got home from school they popped open a bag of organic Tostitos and dipped into bowls of salsa kicked up with our special carrot based chai chipotle hot sauce that we use. Yeah, I felt weakened, but I grabbed a spicy lemonaid and I was back to mellow.
I did hit the scales after my workout with a nice reward of a 4 pound drop over the first 36 hours. The weight loss makes the master cleanse diet much more bearable.
I plan on using the Nintendo Wii to be my official scale and am shooting for 199. I am calling this 10+ day instance of the Master Cleanse Diet “Getting out of the Terrible Two’s”.
My energy level is high, my mental clarity is razor sharp, and I am not even hungry. The last food I consumed was a bowl of steel cut oatmeal at 2pm Sunday, over 52 hours ago. Before my first cleanse, the longest I had ever gone between eating was 12 hours.
The master cleanse diet is fantastic. I am planning what my meals will be though once I am done.
P.S. To best survive the master cleanse you should click here and check out this program.

What is the reason for making your lemonade so spicy? Have you studied additional benefits by using more cayenne?

The cayenne helps eliminate mucus. Mucus contains a lot of our toxic problems. The cleanse actually eliminates quite a bit of mucus.
