Day 3 Master Cleanse Diet - Hand Rash

Day 2 end at 2:30 am when I decided to go to bed. I was not tired at all after a long day of working and a heavy weight lifting session of biceps and triceps. I woke up at 7 am and had a feeling of reflux. I felt like I was going to throw up for about an hour. That was probably due to me drinking about 4 ounces and then going straight to bed. I have feel great the rest of the day. I will drink tea to end the night tonight.

I did start developing a rash on my hands yesterday. This happened about 7 days in on the last cleanse. The rash is caused by toxins leaving the body. I am researching to find out what exactly it means when certain parts of the body have the rash.

My wife “misplaced” a part of the juicer, so I had to juice by hand. That stung today as the juice squirted onto the rash. Thanks honey.

She has been a good support for me. I make dinner many times throughout the week and then clean up the kitchen every night.

She has jumped in and made dinner and cleaned the kitchen each night thus far. This helps me to not be directly in contact with food. Simply licking food off my fingers is out of the realm of what I am doing.

During my master celanse diet 6 months ago, I was making a pizza for the kids. Out of habit, I grabbed a spoon and took a mouthful of sauce to test for seasoning. I freaked out and spit it out and thoroughly rinsed my mouth.

I am dedicated to this process and will succeed.

Today is an easier day so far than day 1 and day 2 for me. I have lost significantly, feel great and have boundless energy. Day 3 and 4 are often hardest for people as you are still conditioned to eating and your body craves the experience of eating.

I am still craving burgers and steak. Next week my cravings will be for raw fruits and vegetables. That is cool.

I am looking forward to day 5 - the point of no return. After 5 days of no food, you digestive system is completely shut down. Eating food at that point can land you in the hospital, making it easy to not eat. I hate hospital bills.

After day 5 you have to ease into eating. A day of fresh squeezed OJ. Then a day of homemade vegetable broth with a bowl of vegetable soup at the end. The next day is a day filled with OJ and vegetable soup.

Ummmmmm. Vegetable soup sounds good. I am going to have okra, celery, carrots, and about 10 types of beans.

I’m feeling hungry now. Going to drink 8 oz of spicy lemonade and then take a 20 mile bicycle ride at dinner time.
