Day 6 Master Cleanse my digestive system is shut down. My cravings are relegated to healthy food now. I enjoy the smell of food and the thought of eating food. Hunger is pretty much gone.
Today is valentines day. I started the day by making breakfast for everyone as usual. With all the festivities I didn’t get the salt water flush stated until 11 am. That means I didn’t get any spicy lemonade until noon. I felt fine, but I was getting a little agitated due to lack of nutrients for the day.
I slugged back 8 ounces of spicy lemonade and my agitation evaporated.
I took the boys fishing this afternoon and we hiked to a quiet spot on Tampa Bay. I left the spicy lemonade behind knowing the trip would be short and that I had to carry quite a bit.
The boys are young an di have to bait and hook their lines constantly as there are plenty of fish as well as plenty of rocks on which to get snagged. I started getting low at the end of the trip. I drank 16 oz right away and quickly leveled out.
As it is Valentine’s Day my wife and I went on the classic date of dinner and a movie.
She chose Chili’s as our destination as she loves their southwestern egg rolls. I would have insisted on somewhere much nicer had I been eating, but that would have been torturous. I don’t usually agree with Chili’s as there are sooooooooo many other fantastic places here to eat, but why not let her choose especially when I am not eating.
The food did smell incredibly delicious. To the point where I do want to go back to eat a few things there.
The southwestern eggrolls smelled absolutely amazing! The queso for the chips was a mind blowing smell as well. I definetly am making bean burritos as one of my first meals.
A heightened sense of smell is one of the added benefits of the master cleanse diet. A totally cleansed taste palette is also a benefit. I anticipate the tastes as well as textures of everything I will be eating in the near future.
It’s late. Time for sleep.
